All catering is prepared on site by a small team of caterers who have over 40 years of experience and have looked after Kings, Queens, Prime Ministers and the odd football star! We know that this area of your day is vital to its success so we have taken on the resources to cater with class, style, taste, excellent service and above all, superb food.
Our menus have been designed with simplicity yet succulence in mind and we have made sure that we can look after all special needs, given that you may only have a short time for your break.

Unlike the vast majority of London’s conference centres and hotels all of all our food is prepared on site by a small team of caterers who have over 40 years of experience, they have looked after Kings, Queens, Prime Ministers and the odd football star! The conference industry has not led the world when in comes to a respect of the environment around us. We, as London’s ultimate group of meeting venues, are different. In terms of catering we offer a range of 100% organic menus. We have a defined purchasing policy (available on request), no significant purchasing decision can be signed of without a demonstrable adherance to the policy. This policy places the locality of the supplier, the traceability of the product above cost considerations. We are constantly trying to improve ourselves and, as such, we hope to introduce a system whereby we compost all our organic waste by late 2008. This is over and above our long standing commitment to the absolute outlawing of disposable items across our centres be it mineral water bottles or individually wrapped butter portions.
